Are any meals included?
If you stay at Asilomar, ALL your meals are included. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will need to buy a meal package for the days you will attend. See the registration section.
Is everything “walk-able?”
Yes! Everything is on the Asilomar grounds. There is some walking involved, but it’s all easy.
What is the attire for the conference?
The entire conference is casual, with perhaps the exception of our CETA Awards Ceremony on Saturday night. We would encourage you to dress in festive attire, appropriate for a celebration!
What if I have food issues?
Asilomar is great at assisting with food issues. Vegetarian and vegan is no problem, and they are more than happy to assist with special needs.
