The landscape of theatre education has changed drastically in the last two years–and it’s both exciting and overwhelming. This year’s conference will help educators get on top of these changes, and figure out how to begin again!

The California Educational Theatre Association is pleased to present its annual Fall Conference, 2021: Next to Normal, at the Westin Hotel in Costa Mesa, October 8th – 10th, 2021 just steps away from South Coast Repertory and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Now that we are approaching “next to normal,” your professional development will be given a boost with exciting workshops, guest speakers and presentations. Whether you’ll be “live,” in hybrid or digital, we’ll have great resources for the classroom and production, right at the beginning of the year–when you’ll need it!

Here’s why every California Theatre Educator should be here.

• Ideas for the classroom, whether live, distanced or hybrid
• Ideas for production, especially if you are still in distance learning
• Rebuilding your program
• Working together as community
• Diversity, access and social justice

PLUS: It’s CETA’s 75th Platinum Anniversary! Don’t miss the celebration!
